Stephanie has always been SO helpful! I got a scary letter from one of our policies recently. I was able to call her, and she had already dealt with the issue! WHAT a blessing! AND I didn't have to sit thru a phone tree and explain everything again and again as I got handed around like in a big company. I called and spoke with her immediately! We were done in 5 minutes. Wow! What a refreshing way to do business!
